The Rules of The Quick Brown Fox Competition
1. Entry for a chance in the Competition
1.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is accurate.
1.2 Each competition entry is unique
1.3 You may cancel your entry into the competition by notifying the UrbanFox.club in writing or by e-mail via our contact us form.
1.4 UrbanFox.club may cancel your entry into the Competition (in its absolute discretion) at any time prior to the published cut off date. UrbanFox.club will notify you accordingly as soon as reasonably practicable. Flutter Butter shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Competition and / or the right to receive a prize) suffered by you in relation to such cancellation.
2. Draw
2.1 The Draw will take place at our competition management company’s premises in Summer 2019.
2.2 If for any reason the draw date needs to be deferred from that stated on the UrbanFox.Club website, all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure participants are made aware of the changes.
3. Prizes
3.1 There is one main prize of 12x15ml tins of "The Quick Brown Fox".
3.2 The results of the Draw will be published on The Quick Brown Fox website and social media channels on the day of the draw.
3.3 Winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw.
3.4 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees for The Quick Brown Fox to use the name of the winner, their photograph and audio/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
4. Suspension of the Raffle
4.1 UrbanFox.Club may (at its absolute discretion) suspend the Competition for any period of time.
4.2 You will be notified of further details regarding the resumption of the competition or otherwise as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of suspension by email.
5. Liability
5.1 UrbanFox.Club shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from:
(a) Any delays or failures in the postal service or other delivery methods used by UrbanFox.Club or you from time to time.
(b) Any delays or failures in any systems used by UrbanFox.Club or you to transmit e-mails.
(e) Any failure to enter your Chance into the Competition.
(f) Any event beyond the reasonable control of UrbanFox.Club.
5.2 UrbanFox.Club shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you in relation to your participation in the Competition (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Competition and/or the chance of winning the prize).
6. Complaints
6.1 Any complaints relating to the Competition should be sent via the contact form on the UrbanFox.Club website.
6.2 UrbanFox.Club's decisions shall be final and binding.
7. Data Protection
7.1 UrbanFox.Club is committed to protecting your privacy. Data that we collect from you is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is used solely for the purpose of processing your entry to the Competition, subsequent entry into the Competition, and informing you if you have won the prize.
7.2 You have the right to access the information we hold about you. To obtain this information, please contact UrbanFox.Club in writing. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity prior to personal information being disclosed to you.
8. Proper Law and Jurisdiction
The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of the Flutter Butter Competition and all entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
